Herneswood - Gary Knight & Neil Seggar
Created this album from recordings made in the Argen Alwed caves in the Brecon Beacons, Wales. We camped rough in the woods at the foot of Pen-y-Fan and then carried recording equipment and instruments up to the caves. The acoustics in the Argen Alwed caverns are amazing, just the slightest sound reverberates around the cave like a ghost rattling his chains !
All the sounds you hear on this album have been recorded in the caves and the spirit in which we have created our music is in honour of Mother Earth and the wonderous gifts that nature provides.
